Recruit 121 are exclusively working with a high growth Tech company based in Cardiff for a FP&A Senior Analyst. This role reports into the CFO & CEO as well as the wider senior management team. This role would suit someone who is looking at a fast paced environment where they can make a difference to the business that also offers good prospects for career growth as well.
You will be mainly responsible for:
- Manage and drive the companies budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain financial models to monitor financial performance
- Monthly Board and Business unit reporting
- Develop and maintain a strategic forecast model for the business
- Business partner a range of operational and finance staff to monitor and improve performances
- Build 3 and 5 year plans
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on KPI’s
- Ad Hock projects with and for the CEO
Requirements
- You will be a CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified.
- Extensive FP&A experience within a fast-paced environment
- Track record of working with dynamic financial models in Excel and Google Sheets
- Comfortable working with large data sets.
- A true team player with great ability to take ownership and responsibility
- Proactive, driven, resilient, and able to work under your own initiative
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and successfully work with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Meticulous attention to details
- Intellectual curiosity to challenge the status quo and interest in making a difference
- Common sense and confidence in their judgement
- A problem solver with the ability to effectively articulate findings
