As Coalitions Analyst reporting to the Head of Coalitions, you will play a pivotal role in designing, facilitating, and executing groundbreaking coalitions aimed at tackling the most pressing challenges in the industry. You’ll work in close partnership with the Director of Coalitions & Research.
Clear communication to guide execution will be a focal point of your role. Collaborating with leading experts across the UK ecosystem, you’ll orchestrate time-bound virtual coalitions that drive impactful outcomes for consumers and SMEs, dismantling growth barriers in financial technology.
These coalitions provide CFIT with agility and responsiveness in a rapidly evolving industry, with a strong emphasis on regional opportunities to accelerate ideation, design, and implementation. Your remit includes supporting the Head of Coalitions in the execution of critical business and technical requirements, in line with program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with the Head of Coalitions to support the strategic planning and execution of coalition initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Methodology Development and Optimisation: Assist in the development and implementation of project management methodologies and tools to streamline coalition workflows and optimise outcomes.
- Efficient Administrative Management: Manage administrative tasks related to coalition activities, including scheduling meetings, documenting minutes, and maintaining organised records.
- Project Planning and Execution: Support the creation and refinement of coalition project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
- Effective Communication Coordination: Coordinate communication among coalition members, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring information flow and effective collaboration.
